Moshe Haas was born in Israel. His father was a cantor from a renowned cantorial family, and his mother was a professional Jewish singer. He absorbed cantorial and Hasidic music at an early age and performed on stage with his parents in his youth.
He graduated with a music diploma from the renowned "Curtis Institute" in the United States and studied singing at the "Schola Cantorum" in Basel, as well as in London, and Freiburg.
Moshe Haas is a tenor soloist and a member of numerous ensembles in Europe as well as the Israeli Opera. He performs regularly as a singer and cantor in concerts, recitals, and various cultural events.
He currently lives in Freiburg and serves as a cantor in several synagogues in Germany.
